We are a small local fitness club, but we are big on making you feel comfortable and at home. We pride ourselves on making everybody genuinely welcome.

Our aim is to help you achieve your desired fitness level. With this in mind we will jointly work out a realistic fitness plan to help you to attain your goal.

Physicals Fitness Club is now under New Ownership, and refurbishment work is underway to upgrade and improve all areas of the club.

Important Information:

Physicals operates a car calmping policy to stop non-members cars from taking valuable car parking spaces.

This 24 hour scheme is to be run by GEMINI an external car park security firm. If you don't have or display your permit YOU WILL BE CLAMPED. All clamping fees will have to be paid direct to GEMINI and not via Physicals. This will involve a wait whilst GEMINI return to unclamp your car.

Physicals will not profit from this venture, and as such we have no influence in getting any fee cancelled, whatever the reason.
