Nutritional Tip:
Want to loose weight ? Reduce your carbohydrate and
increase your protein intake.
An easy way of doing it: - cut out a potato or pasta meal
and have a protein shake instead.
Exercise Tip:
Do abdominal crunches work, to give you a flatter tummy.
The answer is - not really. What you need to do is change your posture and work on attacking
the whole abdominal area, not just the upper ones.
