Circuit: An excellent all round workout designed to increase muscular strength, endurance and aerobic fitness – suitable for all levels.
Body Balance: Designed to stretch the body & mind to achieve the balance of a life time. Incorporating disciplines from Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga & traditional fitness.
Body Pump: The ultimate muscle workout to music, for all levels, See your body shape change.
Step: A high energy aerobic class using hi/lo options for a workout to innovate and challenge you. Designed to improve aerobic fitness, muscular strength and endurance.
Spinenergy: A highly motivated explosion of fitness and strength, combining both spinning intervals and free weights to music. The ultimate X-training experience.
20/20/20: Provides a workout for all of your need,combining floor, step and resistance. A total body workout.
New Body: After a warm up a total body workout utilising light hand weights with easy follow moves.
Yoga: Yoga is the perfect way to ensure overall health and physical fitness. Through meditation and breathing exercises.
Pilates: This is an exercise system that is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury.
